Before your bird boards...

• Your bird needs to arrive in a carrier or cage. Not a harness or on your shoulder/in your hands
• You must provide your bird food. If you do not provide enough and we need to get more you will be charged at pick-up

While your bird is boarding...

• Your bird will be weighed and photographed for our records only to show feather/skin quality at arrival
• Your bird will have an abundance of enrichment whether it be music, movies/TV shows, or being read a book if that's their request
• Your bird will be provided fresh food and water twice a day
• Your bird's cage papers will be changed twice a day and their droppings will be monitored for any abnormalities
• Depending on how long your bird will be staying with us, we will send picture/video updates of your bird daily/every couple of days
